Two-level mezzanine floor maximizes storage and picking space at PROMAG S.A in Poland
Capacity doubled thanks to two levels
For PROMAG S.A, Nolte Mezzanine built a two-level mezzanine floor, increasing the available area from 4,744 m² to 14,232 m². The structure is used as a storage and picking tower, making full use of the building’s height. Maximum clearance underneath was retained for large items and logistical flexibility.
Solving space shortage with height
PROMAG S.A needed more storage capacity and efficient picking locations without expanding the building footprint. Adding two levels allowed the full height of the warehouse to be utilized. This provided a durable solution to support growth and increase processing speed.
A custom build for storage and picking
The mezzanine floor was constructed with cold- and hot-rolled profiles and a column grid of approximately 8,000 x 6,400 mm. The floor decking is made of particleboard panels and the structure is stabilized with cross-bracing. With elevations of 4,630 mm and 8,050 mm, the mezzanine is perfectly suited for intensive use in storage and picking operations.
